Do you charge for call outs?

No, we do not charge for call outs or quotations.
Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, all our work is covered by GGFI.
Are you insured?

Yes, we hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Do you use subcontractors?

No, the work is all carried out in-house. We measure, price and carry out the installation ourselves. You will work with the same person from start to finish.
Do you use branded products?

Yes, we only use branded products that we have trusted for years and that we would consider the best quality available on the market. We use Rehau and Residence windows, and Rehau and Endurance Composite doors. We're an approved installer for Rehau, and a preferred installer for Endurance.
